During language arts this year at the end we read a book named The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin. One of the characters in the book followed the stock market. In the stock market you invest money into companies and then you have a share of their stock. In class my peers and I put in all types of formulas to do the math for us and make sure we didn’t mess up if we did the calculations. We picked up to six stocks to invest in but they had to be in the New York stock Exchange. We had 20,000 fake dollars to invest. Overall, this project was super fun and tough us how to invest money.
